CENTRAL YORK HIGH SCHOOL

While our grandson was participating in a 2 hour sports practice, I enjoyed the really nice upper level track around the gymnasium. We left the school at 9:30pm and by that time, I had exceeded 7 miles for the day. (20,000 steps).  Life is good!
