QUICK VISIT TO THE LAKE

Blue might be getting old - he looked a little gray today

No way to be sure, but I think I've see the same Blue Heron the last few years at the lake. Why would I think that? I'm told herons typically return to the same location after flying south for the winter - and the oldest documented heron has lived to 23 years. So, I will continue to believe this guy is the same one I stalk each year.....the one I call .......
