ADDICTED TO DISTRACTION

Yesterday I listened to a podcast called "Distracting Ourselves to Death". 

As the Time Magazine cover suggests, technology is invading our time and in the process taking a toll on our relationships and emotional balance. I enjoyed this interview with two experts, David Wells and Arthur Hunt. Although both men appreciate the benefits of technology, they outline the need for wise balance.
