My friend Jeff sent me this information today.
Bald eagle enthusiasts in Pennsylvania are thrilled with the video being captured by a new bald eagle nest cam announced Wednesday by the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
It's the second year for a nest cam and the commission has made some improvements from last year. This year's live-streaming camera, installed at nest near Codorus State Park in Hanover, York County, is an upgrade from last year's and has already demonstrated its ability to capture high-definition footage. And, it's hard-wired to a power source rather than dependent on a solar charge, which should keep the live-stream flowing.
Couple of Guidelines
- When the nest appears, click the play arrow to see the live image.
- You need to view this during the daylight hours, unless you really like a black image.
- This works great on my computer, but does require HTML 5 player.
