PRO·GER·I·A : a rare condition of premature aging that begins in early adult life and leads to death within a few years.
Sam Berns died from Progeria about one year ago but prior to his passing he gave a TED TALK called "My Philosophy for a Happy Life". Considering what he was facing, he had an amazing attitude.
"I'm OK with what I can't do because there's so much that I can do. "Around here....we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward and doing new things."
