CONFUSED

Four months ago my wife's last minute purchase of 58 meatballs put us over the top on gas points. I paid zero dollars to fill my truck, but today I had to pay $2.65 per gallon, since she had no points.

One year ago I posted that gas was $3.39 per gallon. That's painful, but a conversation that I had with my sister made it bearable. She lives in Jerusalem, Israel and said a gallon of premium gas costs $9.28. That's crazy. 

What is more crazy? I just read that in Venezuela a gallon of gas costs 9 cents! Now I am really confused. Should we feel grateful or upset about gas prices in Dover, PA?
