COINCIDENCE?

Statue of Jesus at Johns Hopkins Baltimore
The dialog from a movie I was watching went like this:
"Some people see life as pure luck, just a happy turn of chance. For them, every situation is fifty-fifty. Could be bad, could be good. But deep down, they feel that whatever happens, they're on their own and that fills them with fear."
Others? "They have come to see life as more than luck, more than coincidence. They have become sensitive to evidence all around them, including miracles. Down deep, they feel that whatever happens in life is part of a bigger plan and that fills them with hope."
My wife just shared what Joni wrote in her devotional for today. I encourage you to read it (see link below). I thought it was interesting that Joni stopped for a while at the Statue of Jesus at Johns Hopkins. I suppose you could say it was a coincidence that the administrator happened to chat with Joni. Once Joni was back in California, it was intriguing that she encountered a woman whose need could ONLY be satisfied at Hopkins. And the woman could not have gotten help at Hopkins, had Joni not had the encounter with the administrator.

Some may say this was just luck. But others agree it is part of a bigger plan.
