NATURE IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE

As I walk the trail at Pinchot State Park there are signs of birth - but it seems that nature is in "travail", that is, engaged in a labored effort to release life. The whispers of push, push, push - and quiet counting to 10 by the trees reinforced this sense. New birth has begun, but its hard to spot without looking, and listening closely.
