| PAP'S PAMPERED MOWER |
My father-in-law passed away 4 years ago today. He left us with special memories of a caring husband and father. I will never forget how well he took care of everything he owned, especially his riding mower. He was the king of routine.
In the fall he completely emptied gas from the mower and filled the tank with paper towels, removed the spark plugs, greased the fittings, removed all fuses, waxed the entire mower and even covered it with a blanket! His daughter Jeanne took over putting the mower to bed after his death in 2011. (above picture) Pap is missed. (I hope my riding mower doesn't see this blog.)
