"Not forgiving is like drinking rat poison and then waiting for the rat to die."
I was reminded of this quote while watching a movie yesterday about a guy who was very angry, with everyone, until he found out he had a brain aneurysm. It took that for him to realize the anger had damaged him much more than anyone else.
