About one week ago daylight savings started and this Friday will be the first day of spring. Cold and dreary weather gives way to renewal and resurrection.

Benjamin Franklin actually came up with the idea for daylight saving as a way to save their candles, but I like the way drab and dirty are being replaced by fresh new life...including our soon to be born (#12) grandchild!
