TURKEY RUN STATE PARK in Indiana is well known for ruggedly beautiful hiking trails. This is just one reason that our extended family decided to meet there in July of 1995. Family included my sister from Israel, sister from Michigan, sister from Memphis and my brother and mom from Lisburn.
We all slept in pop-up campers which were nice but noisy. I say noisy since the Turkey Run State Park crickets were deafening that night - and I mean all night long. We didn't get much sleep.
